The Wisteria development will use Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) and Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBU) for at least 65 percent of the constructed floor area and bathroom units respectively, as required by the government’s initiative to use labour-efficient construction methods to improve construction productivity.
